How to resize PDF pages?

Solution: You need Infix PDF Editor. Just 5 steps, you can resize specified PDF pages.

5 steps to resize PDF pages with Infix PDF Editor:
(1) Open source PDF file -> Click menu "Document -> Pages -> Resize...".

(2) Set new PDF page size in the popup "Resize Pages" dialog.
     Set "Page Range". Here, we want to resize all PDF pages, so we select "All".

(3) Set "Page Units". Here, we select "inches".

(4) If you want to set new page width and page height manually, set "Constrain proportions" unchecked. And here, we want to resize the page content automatically when the PDF page size changed, so keep the "Resize page contents" checked.

(5) Finally, we enter the new PDF page width and page height -> click "Ok" button, then all PDF pages will be changed to new PDF page size immediately. Here, we set new PDF page size to 11" x 17".
